


PRICE
Prices are subject to VAT. Admil reserves the right to alter pricing according to market fluctuations.
DELIVERY / INSTALLATION
Delivery / Installation are charged extra at cost and are dependant on the weight of goods involved, access to location where goods are to be installed and amount of personnel required to complete the job in an efficient and professional manner. Damage to goods in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. They must be retained, as delivered, for inspection and instructions. Any items which in the opinion of Admil are faulty due to poor workmanship or defective parts will be replaced f.o.c. at the option of Admil.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Admils' terms of settlement are nett 30 days but if so required by Admil, the purchaser will pay for the goods in advance on receipt of a pro-forma invoice.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of orders cannot be accepted other than by prior agreement, any agreed cancellation must be subject to a cancellation charge.
RETURN OF GOODS
Admil is unable to accept the return of merchandise without prior consent. Before returning goods please notify us in writing itemise the materials, give number and date of our invoice and await our authorisation. Acceptable, returned goods will be credited at 80% of their invoiced price provided they are returned in a re-saleable condition. No return privilege will be granted after 30 days from date of invoice. Special merchandise and 'made-to-order' items are not subject to return. Carriage cannot be credited.
THE CONTRACT
In the event of the performance of any obligation accepted by Admil being prevented, delayed or in any way interfered with by any cause beyond its control. Admil may at its option, suspend performance or cancel the obligation without liability or loss.
